French fashion designer, Jeanne Lanvin, founded Lanvin in 1989 when she was 22. Little did she know she was on her way to create one of the greatest and oldest French fashion houses known. Today, Alber Elbaz is Lanvin’s fashion designer and describes his work as “classic with a twist.”
